delivery and returns

When will I get my order.

  • Johannesburg/Gauteng orders- 1-2 working days from ordering
  • Major cities(Cape Town, Durban, Bloem) 2-3 working days from ordering
  • Rest of the country and remote areas. 3-5 working days from ordering

 How can I track my order?

  • Within 1-2 working days of processing your order, our courier partner will contact you directly via email/cell with status update on your delivery

 Help! It’s been over 5 working days and I have not received my order?

  • In the unlikely event that your delivery does not arrive within the estimated time frame of 5 working days, please pop us an email on info@brothersbeard.africa , so we can follow up on it for you

 I have received and incorrect or damaged item. What do I do?

  • We strive to  ensure you get the product you ordered, but from time to time we may get it wrong. If you received an incorrect/damaged order please immediately email us on info@brothersbeard.africa

 How much does it cost to deliver?

  • For orders > R380=FREE DELIVERY.
  • For orders <R380= R80 delivery fee
  • We currently only deliver in South Africa.

 Do you deliver outside South Africa?

  • Currently we do not deliver to addresses outside South Africa, but we plan to expand soon. Contact us to share the locations you would like us to expand to.

How can I update my order?

  • If you’ve just made the order you might have time, please email us at info@brothersbeard.africa  as soon as you can and we will do our best to make sure we update it before it gets processed and sent out.

 What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.  More payment options will be available in the future also.

 What is the best way to place a larger order?

  • Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
